Thank you!"

“We could not have gotten through our child's tongue tie procedure without you! You're guidance on correct stretches and being able to send you pictures and videos were so comforting in this process. We were so nervous is was going to reattach.”
What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Myofunctional therapy is an approach that reconditions and retrains the
muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue to address issues related to
BREATHING, SLEEPING, SPEAKING, and SWALLOWING.
This therapy involves exercises for the tongue and facial muscles, guiding individuals to establish the appropriate oral rest position and achieve overall proper oral function. Correcting oral rest posture promotes proper nasal breathing, leading to improved breathing, better sleep, and an overall enhancement in health and well-being.
Our approach encompasses a blend of techniques, including myofunctional therapy, breathing re-education, sleep coaching, and other strategies, all tailored to assist you in attaining your overall health goals. Everyone deserves the benefits of improved breathing, enhanced sleep, and an overall sense of well-being.
